Description: The City of Flagler Beach is seeking Sealed bids for the Construction of approximately 2,800 LF of new 16-inch diameter PVC water main. Construction of approximately 75 water services and reconnection to customer piping. Construction of seven (7) fire hydrant assemblies. Restoration of disturbed areas.  Abandonment/Deactivation of approximately 3,100 LF of existing 6-inch diameter water main. Removal/Salvage of three (3) fire hydrants. Modification to approximately 75 services and two (2) valves. *Additive Alternate Bid - Swale and Culvert Work Regrading of approximately 2,400 LF of existing swale. Removal and Replacement of approximately 735 LF of 15-inch, 18-inch, and 24-inch diameter culverts. Restoration of disturbed areas.
