Issue Date: 11/12/2025 Contract Number: 2526-065MC Cagewash and Sterilization Equipment Furnish and Install – DLAR Facility Description: The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) is soliciting proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to Furnish and Install Cagewash and Sterilization Equipment for the DLAR Facility at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 and at offsite locations belonging to, owned, operated or managed by the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY 11794 in accordance with the terms of 2526-065MC and Exhibits. This procurement is a furnish and install of: 2-ea. DRY HEAT STERILIZERS 2-ea. CAGE AND RACK WASHER 2-ea. AUTOMATED TUNNEL WASHER 1-ea. MANUAL TUNNEL WASHER Additionally, the following systems will be commissioned in this project. Specific requirements for the commissioning of each system are included in the related specifications: 1. Dry Heat Sterilizers 2. Tunnel Washers 3. Cage and Rack Washers 4. Bedding Dispensers 5. Automation Controls. There will be a one-time, mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit for perspective bidders scheduled for November 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Location: Conference Room B, Procurement Office, R&D Park Building 17, 1512 Development Drive, Stony Brook, NY 11794. Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project. Any questions pertaining to this IFB must be submitted through the sourcing system, on the Q&A board on or before 12:00 pm, December 3, 2025. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
