Project Description: Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“County”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Workers’ Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services for the Forsyth County Department of Risk Management.
Forsyth County (County) is seeking Third Party Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration Services (TPA) committed to excellence in the oversight and management of the County’s workers’ compensation claims through quality treatment of employees, timely service of all claims, and use of professional affiliations to maximize cost savings.
