Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) AIRPORT PROPERTY LEASE AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY The City of Lawrence Municipal Airport is seeking proposals from qualified tenants and developers interested in leasing and developing a parcel, or portion thereof, of airport-owned property located at the Lawrence Municipal Airport in North Andover, Massachusetts. The Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available for download beginning Monday, June 8, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. on the City of Lawrence website at: https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx Sealed proposals will be received by the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840, until 11:00 A.M. on Friday July 10 th , 2026.
