Proposers should visit BidExpress.com to be added to the plan holder list and receive addenda. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. Questions may be submitted via BidExpress.com. RFP documents are available at BidExpress.com or at City Hall for a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
