Project Description: The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for Coffee and Water Services. The initial term of the contract shall be for a one (1) year period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request/option of the City. The renewal may be for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
