The University of Minnesota seeks Splunk Part Number SE-T-LIC-ST (Splunk Enterprise Term License with Standard Success Plan), a term licensing solution and pricing, based on lowest cost.

Resellers are encouraged to tap into any discount programs they have access to, in order to provide that lowest cost to the University.

The University wants to get the period of the term license in sync with support for its perpetuals, so we require a prorated period from 7/1/25 - 12/29/25, followed by full year terms thereafter. Details:

Yr 1:  Start Date 7/1/25, End Date 12/29/25

Yr 2:  Start Date 12/30/25, End Date 12/29/26

Yr 3:  Start Date 12/30/26, End Date 12/29/27

Submit your bids based on an annual billing cycle (payment for each year on the front end of that year).
