Description: The County of Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania (the County) is soliciting proposals for Domestic Violence Class Facilitators on behalf of Lancaster County Adult Probation & Parole Services. Companies submitting proposals must have demonstrated experience in said services as they pertain to municipal entities. The County of Lancaster is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide qualified Domestic Violence groups/classes for a period of three (3) years with options to extend for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments. All groups/classes shall be held at dates, times, and places as determined by the approved qualified vendor. All policies and procedures for the groups/classes will be determined by the approved qualified vendor. All proposals, ONE (1) complete bid packet, inclusive of financial proposal, with original signatures and required documents marked as “ORIGINAL”, and ONE (1) complete electronic copy of submission response packet, inclusive of the original RFP and a separate electronic financial proposal file, on a USB Flash Drive, should be delivered or mailed to the Purchasing Office, Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 712 Lancaster, PA 17603 to arrive no later than 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at which time they will be opened. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered. Proposals must be clearly identified on the outside of the sealed package with the words “ PROPOSALS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE GROUP FACILITATORS (26-018) ”.
