Project Description: Pleasant Grove City Public Works/Engineering Department, “City” is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors, “Proposer” to perform concrete, grading, electrical, landscaping and installation of a pavilion services.
Pleasant Grove City would like to have a city furnished pavilion installed in the green space between city hall and the library along with landscaping, concrete work and Electrical upgrades.
The contractor will be able to perform this work on their schedule before May 15, 2027. Work may begin as soon as possible; however critical paths will need to be considered in contractor schedules and site access.
Interested Proposers must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the project and to ask questions about this RFP. The pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday August 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm. It will be held in person at the Community Room located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062.
