Summary

The City of Cheyenne (“City”) is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from consulting groups for the Renovation Design for the City of Cheyenne’s Municipal Building located at 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The proposals should be designed to provide the City with a clear understanding of the scope of work to be completed. The City of Cheyenne is in need of a complete renovation of its Municipal Building. This would include a total removal of the existing HVAC system, electrical system, partition walls, and water lines.
