What is the budget for this work?Question$200,000.00ResponseShould the audit be conducted across all ESCs, or have specific ESCs been identified?Do any of the requested tools and templates already exist (e.g., stakeholder mapping guide,messaging frameworks, engagement protocols)? What components of these tools andtemplates should be customizable?Should the training modules and facilitation guides assume in-person delivery; virtualdelivery; or a hybrid? Should they assume asynchronous or synchronous delivery? The response to this question will make a large difference in the amount ofmaterials, as well as the content that is needed for the materials.Yes. Proposals can include any recommendations related to targeted staff.The request states that it is a cohort-based experience for training, coaching, anddevelopment. Is the experience intended to be in-person, virtual, or a hybrid?Primarily virtual.Because it would greatly impact cost, will the audit of existing resources and practicesacross all 20 ESCs require travel across the entire state for in-person meetings, or is itexpected that it would be completed virtually?This can be done virtually.Is there a particular system that is expected to be used to gather feedback and keepcommunities informed?The contracted entity will propose these methods.How frequently are the survey data collection tools to be used and feedback to be given? Isthis for all ESCs?
