Summary

The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Leonard's Mill Boat Ramp Replacement, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. This project is to replace the existing ramp with a new ramp of the same footprint. We are anticipating having the permit in hand December with the construction happening shortly after. The goal is to have the boat ramp open to the public in the Spring of 2026

Background

Leonard's Mill Pond is a 30-acre pond that has a single ramp entrance used by kayaks, small boats, and canoes. The ramp is heavily used and decaying from being old and needs to be replaced.
