Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: 4111 SE Inner Loop Structure Demolition & Project Site Clean Up The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for demolition and removal of four (4) structures and concrete pads, associated utility disconnections, groundwater well plugging, septic tank demo, debris haul off, two (2) security gate installations, and other project appurtenances. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before February 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday, February 3, 2025. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: •On-line at http://www.civcastusa.com. Documents may be downloaded or viewed free of charge at this website. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received. •At the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP; (512) 819-9478; 800 South Austin Avenue; Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site – https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid.
