The City of Berkeley is now accepting applications for funding for affordable housing developments that were previously funded by the City that meet certain criteria referenced in the City’s Housing Trust Fund Guidelines (HTF Guidelines).

The City Council approved this Request for Proposals (RFP) to support the rehabilitation of existing affordable projects, with a priority for HOME-eligible projects by certified Community Hous
