Scope of Services	Scope of Services: SCPS is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to provide design and construction administration services for the scope within the construction budget to be determined. Included with the architectural/engineering services will be the predesign effort to work with the Owner and Construction Manager at Risk with prioritizing the scope of work based on cost and phasing strategy. Scope of Work: New Dining Facility and Renovations to Various Buildings at Sanford Middle School located at 1700 French Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771. SCPS is seeking an architectural/engineering team to provide full design and construction administration services for the interior renovations to buildings 1, 2, 11, 12, 13 which will include campus-wide fire alarm and HVAC improvements. Building 4 is the current dining facility that may be replaced on site with a new dining facility, and the existing Building 4 may be remodeled into new classroom spaces to include ESE suites (see exhibit A), and building 5 will be demolished.
