UPDATE 17 JUNE 2025:



This sources sought update is to provide the following:




  1. An updated notice document. See attached document titled, "GeoSES_SourcesSoughtNotice_Rev_2025.06.17."

  2. Provide industry with the updated set of Government Questions to Industry mentioned during the Industry Day Events held in May 6th and June 10th. See attached document titled, "GeoSES_GovtQuestions_to_Industry_Final_2025.06.17." Provide answers to these questions by June 25th via email to Lileana.Moran@us.af.mil and David.Dike.2@us.af.mil. Please ensure accuracy of email addresses when submitting your answers. NOTE: if a company has already submitted its answers, there is no need to respond again or update your answers.

  3. Remind Industry that questions concerning this notice and its pertinent technical documents are due on June 17, 2025. The Government intents to answer industry questions by July 11, 2025. When additional documents are publicized via this notice, another opportunity will be provided for industry to submit additional questions.

  4. Provide list of companies that attended both Industry Days. See attachment titled, "GeoSES_IndustryDays_Company_Attendees."

  5. Provide Upcoming Milestones:

    • Industry Submission of Questions Due: Close of Business (COB) 17 June 2025

    • Industry Provide Responses to Government Questions Due: COB 25 June 2025

    • Government Provide Answers to Industry Questions (via SAM.gov): COB 11 July 2025

    • Tentative Date for Government to Provide Additional Technical Documents Due: COB 11 July 2025

    • Industry Submit Additional Questions based on the above Technical Documents: 18 July 2025

    • Government Provide Answers to Industry Questions (via SAM.gov): 01 August 2025

    • Industry White Papers Due: 22 August 2025

    • Government Scientific Review of White Papers Complete: by 12 September 2025

    • Notify Industry of Scientific Review results to further consider or not for RFP: 06 October 2025

    • Potential Contract Award: Approximately between April and June 2026.
