Public Notice - Pre-Solicitation Conference Materials-June 2025-- Available Online

Pre-Solicitation Conference June 24, 2025 – Materials The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) conducted a  pre-solicitation conference for design engineering for the Regional Reuse Purification System (system) conveyance components (project) on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.  Materials from the conference are now available online. The conference included a presentation on the project and multiple-award procurement process with an opportunity for questions and answers. Project information and scope are below. Any questions regarding the materials available for download please contact Dinah Neumann at dinah@wcwcd.gov . Project Information: The system is a planned infrastructure network comprised of reclamation facilities, advanced water purification technology, conveyance infrastructure, and storage facilities. The district will be issuing a multiple-award procurement to solicit statements of qualifications for the design engineering of the conveyance components of the system. Project Scope: Approximately 37 miles of 48” welded steel pipeline Three pump stations Two storage facilities
