HH and Chapel Road Sidewalks, Carthage, Missouri willbe received by the City of Carthage, City Hall, 326 Grant Street, Carthage, Missouri 64836 until 10 a .m.prevailing local time, xJanuary 27, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Carthage, City Hall,326 Grant Street, Carthage, MO 64836.The proposed work includes the following: Approximately 4,162 LF of 5’ wide sidewalk along Route HH andChapel Road in Carthage, Missouri.Copies of the plans and specifications are on file and may be examined at the office of Zanevan Engineering,LLC, located at 1221 Oak Street, Carthage, Missouri 64836.Complete digital project bidding documents are available for viewing and downloading at www.zanevan.com,www.carthagemo.gov and www.questcdn.com. Documents may be viewed at no charge. Documents maybedownloaded for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. The QuestCDN project number is 9996662. Hard copiesof documents are available from engineer's office for a non-refundable fee of $150.00 set. The successful bidder will befurnished three complete sets of plans and specifications.PLEASE NOTE: Official planholders list will only be the list maintained by Quest Construction Data Network. It isthe sole responsibility of all planholders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plansand specifications, to return to planroom periodically to check for Addenda which may have been posted. Neither theOwner nor Engineers has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of any bid documentsobtained from any source other than Quest Construction Data Network. Obtaining these documents from any othersource(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. See Engineering Policy Guide 136.9.4.1.1.14.2.1 forpre-qualification information. In accordance with Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications forHighway Construction, a prime contractor must have a fully-responsive questionnaire on file with the MissouriHighways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date.Attention of BIDDER is particularly called to the requirements as conditions of employment to be observed and thatBIDDER must comply with the payment of hourly wage rates, including all fringe benefits, as established by theWage Determination Sections 290.210-340, RSMo, as amended in 1969 pertaining to the prevailing hourly wagesand including fringe benefits, as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State ofMissouri. A copy of each determination will be provided with the contract documents prior to the bidding date.
