Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking the services of a qualified Health Facility Commissioning Authority (HFCxA) to provide commissioning services for the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) Emergency Services Expansion (ESE) Project in Anchorage, Alaska. The HFCxA shall act as an independent representative of the Owner and shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, documenting, and verifying the commissioning process throughout the project lifecycle to ensure commissioned systems perform in accordance with the Owner's Project Requirements, Contract Documents, and applicable regulatory requirements.
