A Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 5600 Flatiron Pkwy, Boulder, CO 80301. The County will host a one hour meeting on site for potential contractors to allow the opportunity for site assessment and to pose questions regarding the project. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Other Comments:

Recover the complete roof system with a new cover board and fleece backed Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane. To include the removal and reinstall Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system.
