Pedestrian Safety Improvements – Commonwealth Road

The Town of Wayland invites sealed bids to supply all labor and materials needed for the Pedestrian Safety Improvements project at Commonwealth Road. All IFB documents will be available starting June
3rd, 2025 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids . Bids must be submitted electronically via COMMBUYS by June 23rd, 2025 2PM ET. Bidders are required to provide a bid deposit of 5% of the
total bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject
any and all bids.
