Description: LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF COVENTRY CT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Coventry CT Water Pollution Control Authority (CWPCA) is seeking qualifications for comprehensive consulting services to assist the Town of Coventry meet CT Environmental Policy Act requirements (CEPA) related to wastewater treatment plant upgrade alternatives. Qualifications will be reviewed by the CWPCA and a short list of qualified firms will be invited to present and interview with the Authority.
