Scope of Services	Sumter Electric Cooperative, also known as SECO Energy, is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric utility. With over 220K active accounts, SECO Energy is the third largest electric cooperative in Florida and the seventh largest in the entire United States. The service territory covers 2,000 square miles. Shall receive all excavation notices, directed to the Contractor from the Company including requests generated through the Sunshine 811. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to engage with another contractor to perform any of the services described in this Agreement and Statement of Work or to perform any of the services described in-house by SECO personnel. SECO does not guarantee any volume of work (locate tickets). All questions and proposals must be submitted on VendorLink. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS OR E-MAILS.
