The company originated as a custom home builder and has expanded to designing and building specialty commercial properties, as well as specializing in earthwork installing sewer and water mains for local municipalities, work on state highway projects, and excavating for a new campground and culvert work for the US Forest Service in the U.P. of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin. We also have a real estate division which develops investment properties and manages 3 GSA owned leases, as well as commercial, industrial business and residential projects.
