This JV¡¯s select group of project managers, master planners, engineers, architects, CAD techs and regulatory technologists are dedicated to the goal of providing quality vertical and horizontal planning and design including engineering, architectural, regulatory and environmental support to our governmental clients. We offer a multi-disciplined, risk-adverse team with direct teaming experience dating back to 2012.
Our JV team members bring recent experience on Charrettes, Project Definition Reports (PDRs), DD1391 Preparation (including PC-Cost), Feasibility Studies, Value Engineering Reports, 35% Design/Build RFP, Design/Bid/Build RFPs, and as Designers for Design/Build task orders for federal government clients, primarily in the southwestern region.
