In 2008 AMT was awarded H92222-08-A-0003 a $270 million dollar multiple BPA with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), a unified combatant command of the Department of Defense responsible for all Special Operations Forces. This 5 year contract vehicle was designed to simplify and reduce procurement costs by selecting several contractors that offer a wide array of IT hardware and software products under Schedule 70 - General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services. AMT was one of twelve firms selected from a variety of contractors (Large Business, Small business, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.) to support the IT purchase requirements while also maximizing competition to further accomplish their socio-economic goals.
