The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)¢ç can be used independently or as a diagnostic tool in conjunction with training to target the most appropriate development pathways. The GCAA¢ç is also used as a research tool, for the determination of present global competence aptitude and growth over time, as well as for the planning of targeted improvement initiatives.
The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)¢ç is our proprietary objective assessment that is used around the entire world to assess individual's and group's global knowledge of cultures around the world, attitudes, and interpersonal skills. The GCAA¢ç is based on 10 years of worldwide research and development and it measures the global competence of students from grade 9 through university, as well as new hires through senior professionals in government, nonprofit, business, and education.
