I am factory trained on many types of overlay tools made at the York, England facility. I have 40 years experience with semi-conductor equipment. The profiling tools were installed by myself and applications engineer in 2012. The profiling tools have been maintained by myself since installation. I reside in Albuquerque which allows rapid response onsite.
