CNC Equipped, General Machine work in the areas of medium and large machining. Areas of expertise include turning, horizontal and vertical boring, horizontal milling, drilling, and tapping. Horizontal Boring Mill: G&L MC1600 (4 axis capabilites with (3) pallets and a rotary table. 98' x-axis, 104' y-axis, 49' z-axis, and 79' w-axis. Machine has a 50,000lb capacity and 120 automatic tool changer. Machining Center: Miacron 10HC-2500 with 4 axis capabilities of .001 degree increments. Boring/Turning: (1) Gray and (1) G&L with 4 axis capabilities. 68' swing and 72' under rail. 45,00lb capacity. Horizontal Turning: Hass Turning center with a 40' swing and 44' CC CMM capabilities: Portage CMM with DCC software: LK CMES. Renishaw PH10M probing with 12,000lb capacity. 76'x56'x56' 4 axis. Rotary table is (48'x48')
