Established in 2009 Pleasant Valley Log Homes, LLC can manufacture many profiles of wall logs and log structure components, timbers, beams, joists, and dimensional lumber. We wholesale T&G material for decking, flooring, of soffits. We manufacture and wholesale log and timber siding too. Raw logs can also be sourced through us. We utilize a Pendu log profiler among other equipment to manufacture our wood products. The Pendu system feeds logs straight from the mill into the main chamber where a series of knives shave the log into a variety of different log profiles. The product that we see on the out-feed deck is a perfect, flawless, milled looking log that is easy to assemble. We utilize as much dead standing lodge pole pine from the Nez Perce ? Clearwater National Forests with is sustainable and helps with wildfire fuels reduction. Other wood species include spruce, cedar, ponderosa pine and more.
