Phelps2020 produces novel and integrated computer software and low size, weight, and power (SWaP) optical and edge computing solutions for automatic full motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), sensor fusion, and automatic target recognition (ATR). Solutions are sensor-agnostic, ingesting large uncompressed or compressed video inputs to provide accurate outcome and smart dissemination in low bandwidths. Smart compression, FTP/SFTP, smart recording, saving, visual and audio alerts, and web-based GUI are some of the redundant dissemination channels. Objects detected and identified include people, vehicles, animals, boats, airplanes, etc. in the visible and all infrared spectrum bands. Multiple concurrent environmental degradations and long range viewing artifacts (atmospheric aberrations) are resolved, providing better visibility and higher accuracy for analytics and AI. Solutions are unattended, portable, and networkable via ethernet, WiFi, and 5G.
