Daisy Model 1903 Drill Rifle is a near-exact replica of the 1903-A1 Springfield. Bolt action, black composite full length stock, blade front sight and Fixed open rear sight.
All metal castings are of an 8620-steel alloy thru hardened to a Rockwell C of 35-40. Metals will have a guaranteed uniform thickness of manganese phosphate 16gram/M2 Machined parts are of a 4140 Steel alloy thru hardened to a Rockwell C of 35-40. Metals will have a guaranteed uniform thickness of manganese phosphate 16gram/M2 The Barrel is machined of a 4140-bar stock thru hardened to a Rockwell C of 35-40. Metals will have a guaranteed uniform thickness of manganese phosphate 16gram/M2 The Top Forend and Stock are molded of a glass reinforced Polypropylene fiberfill that has been chemically coupled to provide maximum structural integrity. The Stock is reinforced by a 3/8-inch OD steel rod that has been molded into the structure to provide additional strength and durability in the grip area
