College educated and previously employed by some of the largest and most respected General Contracting and Construction Management firms in the country, Partners Randall Baker and Steve Mikolajczak have the knowledge, experience, and determination to be an asset to the Government's construction needs. Randall had worked in the construction industry full time for nearly 20 years while pursuing his bachelors degree in Construction Project Management. Starting work for an environmental/materials engineering company back in 2001 he received a solid foundation for civil construction, quality control, and attention to detail. As a Sr. Project Manager Randall has successfully completed numerous Federal and Private construction projects from interior renovations to fifty million dollar high-rises. Steve has the field leadership experience needed to complete any project in a timely and quality fashion.
