Colombia Best TM Coffee is a Minority Woman-Owned Small Business. With our experience in the coffee industry, we specialize in the cultivation of premium quality organic coffee. We now import into the USA under our trademarked brand name. Every bean is hand-selected at peak harvest and medium-roasted to perfection. Our coffee is always 100% organic and non-GMO.We grow and oversee 3 varieties of premium specialty coffee ¡°Rose Bourbon¡± (Bourbon Rosado in Spanish), ¡°Geisha¡± and 'Tabi'. They are carried from original stock plants. Our coffee is grown in the mountains of central and southern Colombia between 4500 and 6000 foot altitudes where the weather is cool with day and nights of equal length year round. Interspersed are banana and citric trees to provide shade. Only under these conditions can the perfect coffee bean be grown. This makes a light brown fruity coffee. Only the ripe red beans are collected leaving the other beans to ¡°ripen on the vine¡± like a fine grape for a fine wine.
