Frew Development Group, LLC (¡°FDG¡±) is the developer of Westdale Mall, formerly a 900,000sf enclosed regional shopping center on 72+ acres in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Westdale opened in 1979 but, by 2012, the property suffered from deferred maintenance, deteriorating facility and site infrastructure, high tenant vacancy and frequent owner turnover.
