We offer quality transcription services of interviews, court proceedings, dictations, etc. All of our transcription services are provided by 100% humans (no voice recognition software), and all transcriptionists are based in the United States. We take quality control very seriously and work hard to only hire the very best in the business.
We use a software management program called ScribeManager for managing our transcription workflow. Clients can upload files to the site, the typists retrieve their work from the site and then upload the transcripts to the same site. Once the transcripts have been checked for quality a link is sent to the client to pick up their transcripts. It is very quick and efficient as well as a secure site.
