The founding members of MediaTech have been providing education and training products and services since 1985 and were integral to the development of some of the first computer based training products fielded by the DoD. Their early work includes research and development projects including the initial Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Web-based products funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the entity that established the Internet and led development of the first Web-based training fielded by the DoD. Leading the creation of over 5000 hours of DL courseware products for numerous DoD organizations including DARPA, CASCOM, TRADOC, CECOM, CGSC, USASMA, USMC, USAALS, and USAES, MediaTech¡¯s founders established a development center for the ARNG that became one of the premiere DL training development centers for the DoD.
