Sincera was founded in 2003 by a group of OSS and telecom experts with the aim of creating a company that could provide complete software solutions to the telecom industry. From the beginning we sought to provide value by giving our customers more complete solutions that encompassed our deep technical knowledge of network, software and data models. Our goal has always been to provide answers to not only the issue at hand, but to provide custom solutions that avoid future problems as well. Sincera continues to improve and to expand. We are using new capital investment to enhance our expertise in emerging industry technologies such as 5G wireless and Software-Defined Networks.
