Aero Components, Inc. is a top of the line precision machine shop with a diverse range of components for medical, semiconductor, oil (both down hole and drilling), and more. We can machine metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, all grades of stainless steel, super alloys, beryllium copper and titanium. We also specialize in several non-metal families including several grades of plastic including peek, natural poly, PVDF, halar even teflon. We have the ability to machine tolerances down to +- 0.0001 and can machine heat treated material. We are a true job shop building components to our customer¡¯s specifications. We have great relationships with suppliers allowing us to make components complete and ready for our customers to assemble. From prototyping to mass production, start to finish whether it is individual parts or small assemblies, Aero Components can meet your machine shop needs.
Aero Components has approximately 90 cnc machines. We use the latest and greatest from Mazak and Doosan with 90% of our machines being mazaks. Here is an approximate list of our machines: - 23 Mills including both vertical & horizontal with 2 horizontals paired together with a paletech palet system - 38 lathes including Hyperquadrex, Dual turn, multiplex and Doosan pumas man with live tooling - 23 integrex¡¯s ranging from 100s-300s all with dual spindle mill turn capabilities. - 2 variaxis 5 axis mills allowing us to machine 5 sides of a part and complex shapes - 1 Okuma CNC cylindrical grinder - 2 Sinker EDMS - 1 Wire EDM -2 Laser engravers with 4th axis to meet your engraving needs Our list of machines is always changing and growing so always check with us if we don¡¯t have a machine to meet your parts need because we could have it now.
