We work closely with the client and the design team to set and hit schedule and budgetary targets . We manage the bidding process, establishing thorough scopes of work for each trade packages , advertising and creating interest in the project ,and evaluating all bids received to assure best value for the owner. Our construction team then manages the on site construction utilizing our experienced field personnel and senior project management team to ensure all that goals are met. We are equally comfortable with either the CM Agency or CM At Risk delivery methods and will work with each client to determine which is most appropriate for the project.
