Notes	The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for improvements which include the installation of a perimeter fence and three fenced off-leash areas. These areas will feature landscaping, lighting, shade structures, seating, dog waterers, and concrete walkways. East Las Vegas Family Park is located at 4480 E. Washington Ave. PWP No: CL-2025-396 Estimate: $1,000,000 to $1,200,000.
