Description:	Fort Wayne Utilities is requesting labor quotes for electrical services associated with control panel replacements. The work associated is generally described as follows: 1.        Remove existing control panels in Softening Building (Structure 3110) and install Owner furnished control panel 3110-PLC-1. 2.        Remove existing control panel in Chemical Feed Building (Structure 3200) and install new Owner furnished control panels 3200-PLC-1, 3200-PLC-2 and 3200-LCP-1. 3.        Remove existing wiring and conduits and install owner furnished instruments, conduit, wiring and provide terminations as shown on drawings. 4.        Coordinate with System Programmer services for system integration, startup and training.
