This opportunity has been amended with some of the following changes made:

Solicitation Document

- Deleted Attachment 1 - Traffic Signal Survey SOW.

- Include Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement

- Included pricing schedule for authorized repairs.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and personnel necessary to perform a Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey on approximately 197,490 LF of the natural gas distribution system in the commercial/industrial areas and residential areas of Travis AFB, California. Please see solicitation and SOW for more information.

RFQ Close Out Date: 10 September 2026 at 12:00 PM PT.

RFI Close Out Date: 3 September 2026 at 3:00 PM PT.
