This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Office of Information Technology is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the implementation of two critical initiatives: the DCP “On the Go”, Digital Modernization effort, and the PBHU (Psychiatric Behavioral Health Unit) Mental Health Care - Consent Management System project. As the upcoming Business Consulting Services engagement concludes (for DCP “On the Go”, Digital Modernization effort), ACS requires a dedicated technical resource to translate the consulting team’s findings, user research, and recommendations into an actionable technical strategy and implementation plan..

As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability. If you are offered city employment, this requirement must be met by your date of hire, unless a reasonable accommodation for exemption is received and approved by the hiring agency.

Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab. Vendor resources can be found at this link under the Finding and Responding to RFx heading.
