Description: Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA until, but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, April 24 2025 for the  Colonial Heights High School SidewalksImprovement Project. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 3 2025 at 10:00 AM at City Hall Council Chambers, City Hall - 201 James Ave – 1 st Floor, Colonial Heights VA. This project consists of installation of new sidewalks and ADA facilities along Elko Avenue and Conduit Road. The limits of construction are: The project limits will start at School Ave. to Edinborough Drive on the west side and Pleasant Dale Avenue to Riveroaks Drive on the east side.
