    Additional Questions Submitted:
    1. Will they take a certificate of grade instead of hammer stamp?
We can provide mill certifications for the grade and a certificate of treatment. The
pieces will not be grade stamped since they are rough sawn. Are the
certifications acceptable or will each piece need to be marked by the mill?
Answer: All timber and lumber products must be in accordance with Section 1082 of the
    2024 Standard Specifications.
    2. Have any arrangements been made with the land owner regarding material and equipment
    staging?
Answer: Until any right- of-way agreement can be verified that allows staging, the
assumption should be made that it will be the contractor’s responsibility to
    secure any staging areas.
