Petty Building (Operations Building) located at 43990 Commerce Avenue, Hollywood, Maryland 20636, which includes approximately 14,000 square feet of office space. The Contractor shall be required to perform services three days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays after business hours and on Saturdays when there are no scheduled business hours.  We are also requesting pricing to perform custodial services on an as-needed basis only for the Administration Building located at 23121 Camden Way in California, Maryland 20619, which includes approximately 9,000 square feet of office space and for the Engineering Building located at 23123 Camden Way, California, Maryland, which includes approximately 7,000 square feet of office space. Custodial services must include, but are not limited to, emptying trash and recycling containers, cleaning floors, cleaning windows and glass, dusting, and cleaning and restocking restrooms. Additional Instructions One original and one copy of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the company name, legal address, the project title for which the bid is submitted and the date adver­tised for opening bids.  Sealed bids must be addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent, St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, and clearly marked “SEALED BID FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES, contract #27-01-O ” and will be received at the administrative office of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland 20619, un­til 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, August 18, 2026, at which time the bids will be pub­lic­ly opened and read. Project Cost Class Pre-Bid Conference Information Pre-Bid Conference Date (EST) Aug 4 2026 8:00AM Pre-Bid Conference Details A pre-bid conference will be held on the date and time shown above at the Commission’s Administrative Office located at 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland, 20619 to review the requirements outlined in the Bid Package. Site visits will follow immediately after the pre-bid conference for all three locations; Operations, Administration, and Engineering Buildings. All potential bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend.
